Our regular schedule of weekly tournaments, and therefore weekly blog posts returns, with tournaments in Rotterdam, Uniondale and Buenos Aires.

This week's Player of the week is Reilly Opelka. He was unseeded at Uniondale, and won the tournament with wins over Adrian Mannarino and John Isner among others. This title earned Reilly 56 ELO rating points, and he enters my rankings at #72.

This week's Upset player of the week is Karen Khachanov. The 2nd seed at Rotterdam lost in the 1st round to Tallon Griekspoor. This loss cost Karen 16 ELO rating points, and he falls 4 places in my rankings to #16.

Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Marco Cecchinato, Jordan Thompson and Paolo Lorenzi.
