This week's Player of the week is Carlos Alcaraz. He was the 5th seed at Barcelona, and won the title there, defeating Stefanos Tsitsipas, Alex De Minaur and Pablo Carreno Busta in the final. This title earned Carlos 34 ELO rating points, moving him up 3 places in my rankings to #8.
This week's Upset player of the week is Dominic Thiem. Unseeded at Belgrade, he lost in round 1 of the tournament to John Millman. This loss meant that Dominic lost 17 ELO rating points, and he falls 3 places in my rankings to #11.
Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Oscar Otte, Thiago Monteiro, Jaume Munar and Taro Daniel.
