The Big Gainer of the week award this week goes to Alexandr Dolgopolov. He won the tournament in Buenos Aires after defeating Pablo Cuevas and then Kei Nishikori in the final. This title gave Alexandr 60 ELO rating points, which sees him gain 26 places in my rankings to #43.
The Upset player of the week this week is Ivo Karlovic. He was the top seed at Memphis, and after getting a by, he lost his opening match. This loss cost Ivo 14 ELO rating points, and he falls 2 places in my rankings to #26.
Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Ryan Harrison, Donald Young, Pierre-Hugues Herbert, Mikhail Kukushkin and Nikoloz Basilashvili.
