Men's ELO Rankings 30/10/2017

There were 2 large tournaments this week, in Basel and Vienna, with many top players playing to try and qualify for the ATP World Tour Finals.

The Big Gainer of the week this week is Lucas Pouille. He won the tournament in Vienna, defeating fellow Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the final. This title gave Lucas 47 ELO rating points, and he gains 9 places in my rankings to #22.

This week's Upset player of the week award goes to Kevin Anderson. He was he 7th seed at Vienna, but lost in the 1st round to qualifier Guillermo Garcia Lopez. This loss meant that Kevin lost 16 ELO rating points, and he falls 2 places in my rankings to #20.

Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Jan-Lennard Struff, Julien Bennetau and Kyle Edmund.
