This week's Player of the week awars goes to Lorenzo Sonego. He was the 3rd seed at Cagliari, and won the title there with wins over Taylor Fritz among others. This title meant that Lorenzo gained 41 ELO rating points, and he moves up 19 places in my rankings to #44.
The Upset player of the week this week is Fabio Fognini. He was the 2nd seed at Marbella, but after a bye to round 2, he lost his opening match. This loss cost Fabio 14 ELO rating points, moving him down 1 place in my rankings to #42.
Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Laslo Djere, Yannick Hanfmann, Carlos Alcaraz, Jaume Munar and Norbert Gombos.
