The clay court season is well under way now, and this week there were 2 tournaments, in Barcelona and Belgrade. Let's take a look back at what happened over the course of the week.

The Player of the week this week is Taro Daniel. He got in to Belgrade as a lucky loser, and made it to the semi finals there, defeating John Millman among others before losing to Matteo Berrettini. These results led to Taro gaining 31 ELO rating points, and he moves up 25 places in my rankings to #117.
The Upset player of the week this week is Novak Djokovic. He was the top seed at Belgrade, and also made it to the semi-finals there, but unlike the player of the week above, this run meant that Novak lost 15 ELO rating points this week, and he loses his place as the ELO #1 in my rankings to Rafael Nadal.
Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Cameron Norrie, Corentin Moutet and Gianluca Mager
