This week's Player of the week is Katie Boulter. She received a wildcard to Nottingham and won the title there. That title earned Katie 45 ELO rating points, and she moves up 24 places in my rankings to #62.
This week's Upset player of the week is Beatriz Haddad Maia. The 2nd seed at Nottingham lost in round 1 to lucky loser Daria Snigur. This loss cost Beatriz 16 ELO rating points, and she falls 4 places in my rankings to #20.
Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Ekaterina Alexandrova, Viktorija Golubic, Heather Watson, Viktoria Hruncakova and Jodie Burrage.
