View my 2nd week tournament predictions for the Men and the Women here, and after the jump, I present some stats I calculated for the top 150 players, my latest ELO ratings for the finalists, and how likely they are to win the match. Who do you think the favourite is?
Rank | ± Men | ± Wmn |
---|---|---|
1-10 | 3 | -19 |
11-20 | -50 | 16 |
21-50 | 173 | 4 |
51-100 | -60 | 75 |
101-150 | -24 | -37 |
These are the final numbers for the men, as both Men's finalists are top 10 players, but the Women's numbers will change as one is a top 10 player, and the other is a 11-20 ranked player. Now, my latest rankings and predictions:
# | Name | ELO | Win % |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Novak Djokovic | 2033 | 76.50% |
2 | Matteo Berrettini | 1828 | 23.50% |
# | Name | ELO | Win % |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Ashleigh Barty | 1931 | 73.77% |
2 | Karolina Pliskova | 1752 | 26.23% |
What do you think? I have 2 polls running on Twitter until the finals start where you can share your opinions.
