This week's Upset player of the week is Belinda Bencic. The 13th seed at Cincinnatti lost in round 10 to qualifier Cristina Bicsa. This loss cost Belinda 18 ELO rating points, and she falls 3 places in my rankings to #10.
Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Marie Bouzkova and Jasmine Paolini.
