This 2 week's Player of the week is Ben Shelton. He was unseeded at the US Open and made it to the semi finals, defeating Tommy Paul and Frances Tiafoe among other before losing to ELO #1 and eventual champion Novak Djokovic. These results gave Ben 66 ELO rating points, and he climbs 49 places in my rankings to #64.
This 2 week's Upset player of the week is Holger Rune. The 4th seed at New York lost in round 1 to Roberto Carballes Baena. This loss cost Holger 17 ELO rating points, and he falls 1 place in my rankings to #10.
Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Matteo Arnaldi, Rinky Hijikata, Arthur Rinderknech, Michael Mmoh and Borna Gojo.
