This week's Player of the week is Beatriz Haddad Maia. The 7th seed at Nottingham, and won the tournament with wins over Marka Sakkari and Alison Riske in the final. This title gave Beatriz 57 ELO rating points, moving her up 28 places in my rankings to #47.
The Upset player of the week for this week is Donna Vekic. She was unseeded at the tournament in Nottingham, where she lost in the 1st round. This loss meant that Donna lost 14 ELO ranking points, and she moves down 6 places in my rankings to #58.
Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Viktorija Golubic, Caty McNally, Harriet Dart and Kirsten Flipkens.
