With the French Open taking place in a few week's time, this week saw the last big tournament held before the 2nd Grand Slam takes place, in Rome.

This week's Player of the week is Iga Swiatek. She won the tournament in Rome as the top seed, defeating Victoria Azarenka, Aryna Sabalenka and Ons Jabeur in the final. This title earned Iga 28 ELO rating points, and she stays at #2 in my rankings (Following her retirement, ELO #1 Ashleigh Barty will be removed after the French Open).
This week's Upset player of the week is Anett Kontaveit. She was the 5th seed and had a bye to round 2, where she lost to a qualifier. This meant that Anett lost 16 ELO rating points, and she falls 1 place in my rankings to #4.
Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Petra Martic, and that's it,.
