The French Open has already started, but it's finally time for me to catch up on what happened last week, in Rabat and Strasbourg.

This week's Player of the week is Martina Trevisan. She won the tournament in Rabat, defeating this week's Upset player of the week (see below) and Arantxa Rus among others. This title led to Martina gaining 63 ELO rating points, moving her up 39 places in my rankings to #114.
This week's Upset player of the week is Garbine Muguruza. The top seed at Rabat had a wildcard and won her 1st round match, but then lost in round 2 to the player who went on to be this week's Player of the week (see above). These results combine to result in Garbine losing 14 ELO rating points, and she moves down 1 place in my rankings to #16.
Other strong performers relative to their rankings are Kaja Juvan, Anna Bondar, Claire Liu and Oceane Dodin.
